I called Kerry around 9PM after i found out that my garage door lift was locked with the key inside. Don't ask me how i did it. He asked if it is urgent or i can wait until the morning. I liked his gentle approach to the discussion. I opted for the morning and here he comes. It was a 25 year old tough steel door. It took less than half an hour for him to find the hook and release the lock. Also he was kind enough to verify the model of the opener(which was 22 years old and chamberlain said there is no additional keys they sell) as i told him that i have only one garage door opener remote. He brings a brand new key and sets it up with the opener and charges the same fee as a homedepot will do for the remote.

There are emergency garage unlock specialists who demand double the price of new door opener just to unlock the garage doors but kerry very nominal in price, prompt service and a nice gentleman to work with.

We had a power out and I needed my car that was parked in the garage. Kerry arrived and showed me how to use the key that I already had to unlock the door in case of power out. The door couldn't lift until he adjusted it. After the adjustment there were unsightly gaps between the door and the frame that would be entry points for rodents. He returned the following day with wood and like lightening added the wood strips and blocked the gaps. He was direct and addressed the problem areas quickly and accurately. I was satisfied with his work ethics and attitude. Kerry is an experienced garage door mechanic. I recommend using his services
