This is the second time I have used Kingsway Carpets and Blinds and I can't say enough about how honest and reliable they are. George was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice on the type of blinds that were appropriate for my project.
I believe that Kingsway's prices are extremely competitive. However, even if their prices had been a bit more expensive than another company (which was not the case), I would still have gone with Kingsway because their added value is great customer service.
In my opinion, their priority is to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied, even if it costs Kingsway a few extra dollars of profit to do it. For example, when one of the blinds that I ordered ended up being a centimeter too short (I believe this was the manufacturer's mistake), they immediately ordered a replacement and came back to install it once it arrived. I did not even notice it until the installer pointed it out and promised that it would be replaced. This is just one of many examples I could cite to show that Kingsway Carpets and Blinds cares about its customers.
I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs blinds for their home. Although I have not used them for carpets, I will definitely call them when it is time to replace the carpeting on my second floor.
