I had an idea of what I wanted but knew little about the product. I went to Kingsway Carpets & Blinds after researching and confirming that they carried the product that I was looking for.
From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. There was no pressure selling and the first day I walked away with samples to look at in my home. I returned the next day and again took away different samples which eventually became my choice. I decided to measure and install the blinds myself as I felt comfortable doing so. My blinds arrived earlier than expected and I had them installed in two hours without any problems. I am thrilled with my new Hunter Douglas window coverings and will recommend Kingsway Carpet & Blinds to anyone who asks.
