When others said no, Kinsway said yes.

The only stipulation I had was that it had to be mounted on the ceiling (concrete). Other places refused for reasons I didn't understand and wanted to mount it on the frame (which was not an option for me). Kingsway didn't hesitate and the extra features I wanted were less expensive.
It's been a week now since the install and have no complaints.
