First of all I never use anyone that doesn't have great reviews with HomeStars. I have been burnt in the past by crappy tradesmen and will never get caught again.
Kiya was amazing! Very honest, sincere, prompt & reasonably priced.
He showed up on the days he promised, was on time and stuck to his schedule. He explained everything with patience and in simple terms. He helped us get the window grate cover we needed for the inspection. He left the area clean and was mindful of the wall space we had to work within. If I called him to ask a questioned he always responded. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and certainly would not hesitate to use him again if needed. He asked for 50% down and balance when job was finished. I feel very confident in his work and glad we decided to go with him. I had 3 quotes and he was in the middle. I picked him because I felt he was the most sincere when we talked to him. Once the job was finished he emailed me the passing certificate to keep on file. I am a very satisfied customer!
