Cris and his crew worked over the labour day weekend right from morning to early evening to waterproof the exterior on a portion of the house and Cris was present digging along with his crew. There is only 3 feet on one side of our house where they had to manually dig, since a machine would not fit in. Difficult task and leaving the neighbouring house untouched. I can't comment on how it'll hold up as it was recently done, but I'm certain it will hold up fine. 20yr warranty on his work and everything was restored and cleared away.

We called Cris over the Christmas holidays to look after a leak in our basement. He came the same day diagnosed the issue and quoted us. Within a few days Cris and his crew completed the job in frigid January weather! No more leaks. This Spring once the ground thawed the soil and patio setteled below grade. I called Cris and he came back to relevel the grading and patio stones he removed. It's great to find contractors that back up their work. I would strongly recommend KP Waterproofing!

I bought an old house 5 years back. It was having leaking problem. I contacted many Waterproofer but just by chance selected Chris. At that time, I did not know Chris but my work was done to the total satisfaction.

We hired Chris at KP in part from recommendations and in part from this site to do our waterproofing after a terrible flood in our basement. His references were excellent (we called some of them, especially the old ones, to see if the waterproofing had held up---it had, obviously) and his knowledge of the problem and the solution was reassuring. We had considered interior waterproofing with another company, but that would have required demolition of the inside of our finished basement, and seemed like a band-aid solution. We settled on a complete outside wall job all the way around the house. Chris had the best price of the lot, offered to do the job without any payment up-front and offered a 10-year warranty.

The work was done on time and professionally. The sub-contractors he hired (one to do the asphalt replacement and one to disconnect the air-conditioning) were top-notch and we'll use them again if we have the need. Chris was at the project site 90% of the time with a crew of very hard-working guys. Except for some small issues, the work was done on time, and they miraculously reasssembled our entire deck, patio stones and garden to their original state. All the small details were taken care of as well, including new eves extensions, patching our cracked concrete, filling and pounding the earth, etc.

The work was completed at the end of July, 2008. I have waited until now (Sept 10, 2008) to provide this review to ensure we're still dry. I'm happy to say that we are, following very heavy rains over the past two days, as well as several between July and now.

Chris gave a us a price to excavate around three sides or our house, water proof the basement and install new weeping tile and meradrain. Chris started on time and did a great job under very difficult circumstances. His men were polite and cleaned up every day. I would highly recomend K P Waterproofing

August, 2005, called in Chris from KP-Waterproofing to waterproof entire perimeter of basement wall. His work was on budget, men were courtious, work very thorough, finished job in 4 days, right on schedule. Very pleased.
