We ordered a custom Collins Premier Sofa and matching chair from the langley location. We wanted Grey. The sales girl was helpful and found a great colour for us to work with. She printed out the picture and it came out green, but assured us, it was grey. The printer was acting up and that is why it looked green but it was absolutely grey. After getting our furniture, for the tune of 4000.00, it is green, not grey. Their solution was to redo it since it wasn't right. I thought, wow.. I'm glad I bought from Lazyboy.. But.. yes there is always a but.. in the fine print it says.. custom furniture is subject to a 30% restocking fee. If she would have said 'this has a green tinge, is it going to work for you', Then I would have made the decision that worked for me, and took the responibilty for it, however it was 'this is grey.. the printer is bad. There is no way I am going to give them another 600.00 to get a 'couch you absolutely love' I should have loved it from the get go.. not get something I don't like and have to live with.. I should have shopped at a big box store and saved money and frustration
