I had a delivery issue and some follow-up issues with sometaff. The store manager Chris called me to discuss the situation, offered a solution, and has left me a satisfied customer. Overall excellent quality products and helpful staff. I will be returning thanks to Chris.

Worst service ever. Promised mattress delivery on Saturday with the rest of my purchases. Truck driver didn't care that it wasn't on the truck. Called the store, spoke with 2 staff who said that it wasn't there fault and if i was unhappy i should just get my money back - they even offered to refund me over the phone! They could not care less that I had no mattress to sleep on. I sent a complaint to the head office who said the store manager would contact me. Its been over 48 hours and I have not heard a thing. Terrible service. They will take your money and will not care to keep you as a customer.
