WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This company should be embarrassed for the pitiful service they are providing. We ordered our bed for delivery, it was the wrong bed. When we called to follow up we were told that they didn't do refunds and our issue would have to be addressed in the new year (It was Dec. 19th). It wasn't until an hour on the phone that the manager agreed to replace the INCORRECT bed with the correct one. After 3 weeks of sleeping on our bed we decided that it was not the right bed for us, luckily we had purchased the cover that enabled us to exchange the bed once. As per the standard we were given a four hour window of delivery. It has now been 5.5 hours and customer service has told us it is still on the way. We were not provided with any courtecy call. We contacted customer service and they were nothing short of rude. We most definitely regret our purchase and will NEVER return to Leon's.
