First, 3 weeks ago Leon's sold me tv which they did not have in stock (online purchase). After payment was processed I received email saying: "this item is out of stock". Nobody at Leon's could tell me approx delivery date. Picked up tv 2 days ago, was not happy with it so called asking about returning it. Was told that there is no returns just because somebody is not happy with the purchase and that it is specified during ordering process. I said it is not. After checking with web department customer service person called me back saying: "it is part of FAQ". How many people read FAQ when ordering online? Have been Leon's customer for over 20 years, NEVER AGAIN.
