Installation was near perfect. Two minor issues which I noticed 1 week later and when my credit card was charged. My mistake. You must review the work before the installers have left. It took me a frustrating 5 weeks+ to resolve 1 issue, I've decided to abandon the 2nd. The level of customer service at the HO is pathetic, based on my experience. Phone calls, emails were never replied, let alone even acknowledged. A September email related to an accounting inquiry was never addressed, nor acknowledged. Also not pursuing. Customer service must also be a factor when rating a company.
