Terrible service. I purchased an outdoor ceiling fan for about $145 online with free shipping. After no product delivery and no word from the company after 3 weeks I called them to check on the order. They said they would look into it and get back to me the same day. They never called back. So I called again the next day, they said they were looking into it and there was some problem with the manufacturer and that they might have to refund me, but would get back to me. They never did. I called again and then they finally said they had made an error with the pricing and it would now be well over $400 if I wanted that fan. They gave me the option to cancel the order and get a refund. I accepted that. The refund never came. I called again the next week, and they said I would get the refund within 2 days. The refund never came. I called again a week later and they said I "was in queue" to get my refund the following week. I said no, that I had been waiting over 30 days at this point for either a product or a refund and I wanted them to process it now. They put me on hold and then I got a refund notice via email and text. However, it's now 4 days later and the funds still haven't been posted back to my Visa. So, it's clear that they never refunded the money. I've had to go and file a dispute with the bank on the charge. Hopefully they can reverse it.
During my phone conversations with them, they seemed disinterested, and while they weren't downright rude, they were not courteous or interested in customer service.
Beware, do not buy from this company. They will take your money, not deliver a product and then stall and stall in giving it back. I consider that theft.
