So far I am very disappointed I gave a deposit at the beginning of June and was told it would be started in 3-4 weeks weather permitting. The weather has been fine but nothing has been started. I completely understand that they could have fallen behind but it is very frustrating when you call to find out a start date and nobody has the common courtesy to call back! All I ask for is a call to say sorry that we fell behind and we will start your job in ? weeks! I am very frustrated and at this point I would not recommend them to anybody. Maybe once the job is done I might change my mind but for all I know that may be in another 2 months!
Much to my surprise when I got home the job was started. I did talk to them and they were very courteous and professional and so far they did a good job. However, when I asked when they will be back to do the interlock, he had no idea. He told me they usually come back in a week. I hope he is correct and I will review my rating at that point. I am keeping my fingers crossed because I would like to enjoy my patio before the summer is over.
Shortly after, I received a call from Greg informing me that the work will start on Friday August 3 and completed on Saturday. They arrived as promised and worked very hard and late. They did a great job and were very friendly. My backyard looks great and I am very happy with there work. We will definitly use them again.
