Loc Tite Interlocking

We signed a contract with Foti. When we were discussing the contract, Foti made many promisses which were not kept (eg. the work will be guaranteed for 2 years, but on the actual contract he marked it down as 1 year). So my advise is that you should read the contract very carefully (not the initial estimate) before agreeing to it. Foti is just a front man to get your job and disappears after the contract is signed and passes buck with the owner Gregg. There were lot of communication break down because of Foti. Overall they have doen a good job but professionalism and customer service is sadly lacking.
