D. J. came to my house to give me a quote to buy or rent a new water heater, as well as a quote for upgrades that needed to take place in the venting system. He took the time to explain the details regarding the work that needed to be done and answer any questions I had.

I made the decision to buy a water heater and the appointment was scheduled for less than a week later. D. J. and his partner arrived on time, were courteous, and the replacement and upgrades took place in a timely and professional manner. We have used Lodder Brothers for our plumbing needs for many years, and I was pleased to hire them for this job as well.

Mike did an awesome job installing my garburator. He was right on time (actually a few minutes early) and very thorough. He made sure everything was working properly before he left including running the dishwasher to test the new drainage connection. In addition the appointment process was smooth, they were very accomodating when I needed to reschedule.

Called night before but couldn’t do service then... called at 8:00 next day and they had noted the call from evening before.... said between 11-12:00 but cancellation allowed a 9:30..... estimated job.... started work and completed by 13:00....... bottom line is the best service I have experienced in a long while..... timely,efficient and friendly...... would use them again if required and would highly recommend them

Mike Bears the technician showed up on time was courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the results. I signed up for another year with Lodder and will recommend this company and this technician to all my friends.

Drain obstruction ended up being 44 feet inside plumbing that runs inside the concrete floor in our basement. They were flexible letting me remove the drywall to save cost. After clearing they were very thorough doing several tests to ensure the problem was definitely fixed. Very professional, friendly, and took care to keep the area clean. Happy with the service and would certainly use them again.

Very soon after making the call to Lodder Brothers, I got a call from DJ who came out very quickly to the house to do an assessment. He located the issue almost right away and provided me with an explanation of the problem that made sense. Although it was going to be a costly repair, he did make me feel that I was in good hands. I received a quote outlining the worst case scenario and when he came back to do the work two days later, he was able to clear the lines much faster with fewer issues than were outlined on the quote. So, in the end, I did save a bit of money.
I was impressed by DJs work ethic and his cheerful personality; he did try his best to be efficient and to avoid unnecessary charges. At one point, he did advocate for me, when as a renter of a water heater, I did not get the service I expected from the company that owns it. He expressed concern to that company that we would be without water if they were not willing to assist in the repair. As a result, DJ came back the next day to complete the repairs himself.
I sensed that from that first phone call, DJ did care very much about client satisfaction and I would not hesitate to call Lodder Brothers in the future if the need arises. Thanks!
