We have an annual inspection (free) and by having work done at the same time, save about half the cost of the work. D.J. Bernard is usually the plumber who does our work, and he is always very professional and efficient. He never suggests unnecessary or extra fixes, and we highly recommend his services.

After a call to Lodder Brothers for help with our leaky hot water heater, technican Corey Ross came over ASAP, on a Friday afternoon, to assess the problem. Although it was late in the day, he decided to go ahead and replace the heater under warranty right away, saying he didn't want us to be without hot water over the weekend. This definitely exceeded my expectations - I assumed the work would take place a few days later. Corey also took the time to explain the venting test he performed and the mixer valve he installed. Great service.

We had three floods due to backups.in one year after we installed a low flow toilet in basement of our home. Lodder Brothers (Todd, Tyler, Jason, Scott) had done an excellent job installing a huge septic system in 2015 so we called them. All three times, Sean, Corey or Nick came to our home within the hour and each one got the blockage cleared. Amazing service even in -20'C.

Last week, we also had a drinking water tap installed. Sean was fastidious in making sure that there was NO dust when they drilled into the ceiling plaster. We were so grateful for Sean's meticulous care after just having had a bad experience with another contractor. Sean and Adam finished the job earlier than expected, so Sean went ahead and picked up the camera from the shop so he could find out exactly what was causing the backups. Sean discovered the cause of the recurring blockage was the low flow toilet in combination with a bow in a pipe. Sean took the time to show the miss-shaped pipe to us right on the viewing screen. We found Lodder Brothers' fees to be fair and reasonable. They honoured their quote which Sean gave ahead of time at no charge. I hope we won't have to use their emergency services again but it is reassuring to know they are there when we do. Thank you.
