Maid Day No Longer In Business

Never again. This company and the owner, 'JC' should crawl back under the rock they slithered out of.
Zero levels of customer service, staff told me how much they dislike the company and how it is run.
I hired this company to do a move out cleaning- so I scheduled the cleaning to be done once I was MOVED OUT. The girls showed up 2hours early and told me they had been sent for that time. After a lengthy and rude call with the owner, JC, I went back to the girls who were actually cleaning and told them of my displeasure and they were quick to agree. I also agreed to a much less amount since the cleaning was not being done correctly. They stayed 2 hours after being booked for 2.5 and kitchen and dining rooms not touched. One of the maids was out the door at 3 because she had to get her children to their father. Seriously?!?!?! The cleaning was to BEGIN at 2:30. I wa still by JC that this was regular business practice. When I asked how could she think it was ok to clean a house where movers were still moving furniture, I was told "well- you're moving. People coming in and out is expected.". Really?! Moving a couch across a wet floor because your maids are 2 hours early? My nightmare didn't stop. She brought down the price, I paid the girls cash- ripped up visa information and sent them out. I held back some money as the job was not done.
The next job was her steam cleaner. I made a huge fuss that he was not to start until my movers were done and I was furious with the treatment I received. Steam cleaner showed up asking for money, cash up front and tacked on the money that I held back from the maids to his bill. I sent him packing and told him rhat maid day and this JC person will never get more of my money. My next email is to the BBB.

30 words can't even describe what horrible service Maid Day is!
I called in to get a "supreme clean" on a 650 SQ foot apartment. All that was cleaned were the bathroom and kitchen, (20 minutes max) the other two rooms where left in the dust. After arriving home to this disaster, I called the owner JC and sent 12 pictures of the mess left undone. She rapidly sent the 2 cleaning ladies back to finish the job. Thanks I said....until I let the maid into my apartment who were friendly and committed to make things right until shortly after I got a call from Jessica at their headquarters, trying to extort another $60. Upon refusal to give the more money, the maids walked out and left the apartment "As is" - Don't waste your money!!!

We hired this company to clean a completely empty house prior to moving into our new home and wasted our money. Their supreme package seemed to cover all of the basics, however, their standard of clean is about that of a filthy garbage can. Almost all of the baseboards were missed, layers of dust were everywhere, cobwebs hanging from the walls and ceilings, old food splatter remained on the walls, carpet runners were left without vacuuming, certain areas of the house (Ie. the basement) were completely neglected etc. Needless to say the company had to come back to "fix" their job. I stayed home at this point, and even then they complained and pointed out that certain things "wouldn't come clean". Please please please I'm begging you -- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Oh and the best part, is when I called the company to complain, the customer service representative Jessica, and her Manager J.C, BOTH hung up on me when I explained that I was not happy. Professional? I don't think so.

I learned about Maid Day from the Holmes on Homes TV program. From the first call to their office to the staff that showed up at my home, they were friendly and customer service oriented. My most recent experience was an "superior" cleaning of my house. The maids showed up on time and eagerly took care of everything on the list. Great work and would recommend Maid Day for the value oriented person.
