Worst service I have ever received. We asked for the door and they said average 4-5 weeks. We were okay with waiting but it took almost 6 weeks and the tracks weren't even ready by that time. It took an additional 2 weeks to get the tracks so a total of 2 months for all the items to be ready. We had a couple complications along the way. They don't aim for customer satisfaction. Things would be ready and they would not contact me and I had to keep calling and checking for my items--while some things were lost in the storage room. Worst service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
