Just like some other review mentioned, Alec is very sympathetic. He listened carefully to my basic deck design ideas then without missing a beat suggested some great improvements, took some measurements and drew a clear plan including quotes for various materials and options.
Then he and his crew delivered exactly as promised.
In fact, the deck has features nicer than I imagined.
Excellent work. Wholly recommended.
