We recently purchased a Mattamy new construction home on the Barrie, Vicinity project. From the sales office to the customer care team, down to the on site construction team, the service has been outstanding. Special thanks to Rob, Cody and Mike from the construction team. They have always responded quickly and resolved issues in short order. Special thanks to Michelle form the customer care team. Again, always accessible and quick to respond. Mattamy has built a great team that deserves to be recognized.

We had a great experience buying a new Mattamy home. They had many home floorplan options that will fit the needs for different families. We found the perfect one for us. The home interior and exterior is fantastic. The entire Mattamy team is professional and responsive.

Hi Upper Joshua Creek 5 in Oakville is amazing! I really like the location and also the quality of the house! Sales team, Deco team and service team both really supportive!
Especially The builder team, Paul and his assistant, really professional done all the works on time! Both my family and my neighbors are really satisfied the job they have done for us! For sure I will do more referrals!

This was my first time buying a new build home and have heard some terror stories from people. Mattamy has been transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. I have really appreciated having multiple contacts to refer to for different things and being able to get answers right away all the time.

Want a house that looks like it's built in the 80s? Look no further than Mattamy, where red brick and white doors are still being built in 2024, with no choice to the homeowner of what color brick they can choose! Other builders allow for it, Mattamy doesn't.

There are multiple exterior colour packages that can be assigned depending on your chosen elevation, with varying material colours within the aesthetic of the elevation type. As exterior colour packages are architecturally controlled and preassigned by Mattamy in conjunction with your municipality, unfortunately brick colour cannot be customized. With this being said, we will be sure to take your comments into consideration for future process improvement purposes. Thank you for your feedback.
