We were desparately seeking nice, reasonably-priced patio furniture for the cottage, when I happened upon what the previous reviewer aptly described as this "hidden gem"!

We were able to find a wonderful teak wood D.O.T. patio set for a fraction of its' regular price! The selection and value of the merchandise are fantastic, and the imperfections noted on the various items of furniture (when I could even find any) were incredibly minor.

Additionally, the salesmen were very pleasant and helpful, and were willing to negotiate on many of the items we purchased.

I absolutely recommend this store for anyone looking for patio or interior dining room-type furniture!

We have been looking for wooden patio furniture for a while. A friend of ours recommended the outlet where D.O.T. sends its slightly damaged merchandise. The store does not have much curb appeal, but once inside, you're in for a pleasant surprise! good service, great selection and the biggest shocker are their rock-bottom prices! We found our dream teak patio set (gently used) and are truly happy with it. All it needed was a new finish and the price was at least 80% less than what you'd purchase at a retail store. Highly recommend it, a hidden gem!

I visited the store after seeing it in the Toronto Star. They had a good selection and good prices. I had to wait a few minutes for help, but the sales associates were nice and helful.

My friend told me about this place a few weeks ago, and I thought she was exaggerating. The selection was pretty good, but I was most impressed by the prices. They were also able to fix my mom's bench for pretty cheap. I'll be going back for sure.

I'm a student on a strict budget, and was amazed to find such high quality products for so little. Not only were the associates willing to bargain with me, but the manager even helped me load my car! I can't remember the last time I received such great service!
