In 2009, Mega City Roofing replaced our entire roof and did an outstanding job. In the Fall 2011, a small leak developed in one of the skylights. Since we suspected the leak stemmed from a missing shingle or other shingle defect on the roof, we immediately called Tom Geo of Mega City Roofing. He immediately responded and promptly sent one of his repairmen to address the problem. It turned out the leak was due to a small defect in the skylight frame and did not arise from a missing shingle or faulty shingle installation in 2009. Mega City promptly resolved the problem. Although we expected to compensate Mega City's for their prompt and excellent repair, Tom refused to charge. Irrespective of the final repair bill, we are very impressed with the quality of Mega City's (Tom Geo's) customer service. We take this opportunity to confirm, without hesitation, that the high rating of Mega City Roofing at Homestars is absolutely well deserved. We highly recommend Mega City Roofing for high quality work, high reliability and outstanding customer care/service.
