Dave and Ram are absolutely terrific! From the minute I called to the second they left they were super efficient and prompt. Dave came out quickly after I called on a hot summer day. He diagnosed the problem I was having with my A/C and Ram was able to replace my capacitor the same day! These guys are the sleeper of the HVAC industry!

Our A/C was 15 years old and no longer working. I called Megacity and within one hour a service representative was at our home. By mid afternoon a new A/C had been installed and the old unit was removed. We contacted Megacity because our furnace was not working and they responded promptly. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and patient when explaining what needed to get done. He was also able to accommodate our request for same day installation. Soheil, who installed the new furnace and A/C, was very friendly and courteous, and did an amazing job ensuring that everything was in working order before he left. Tony was quick to come onsite and save us from the heatwave. We had a 20+ year old AC unit that was well overdue for an upgrade. After installation we had an issue with the lines freezing up/ low air pressure, but Tony and his team were at our house within hours of us reaching out for help. The process to getting a new ac installed and figuring out billing with our existing provider was seamless. We would 100% recommend Megacity!

Our water heater failed this morning and after a call to Megacity Heating a replacement was sourced,
