Our furnace failed on the Friday evening before a long weekend.
We feared that we would have to spend the weekend with our family in our winter coats.

After connecting with Megacity, we had a technician at our door in under an hour. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he took the time to show us some things we can do on our own to assist in ongoing maintenance.

Mark, the technician who installed the furnace, was excellent. He was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the installation. The old furnace was removed as we discussed. My family and I have been clients of MegaCity for over 25 years. When we had our Toronto home, they installed 3 furnaces & 2 AC units during that time and they functioned great, only needed to be replaced when they reached the end of their life cycle.

When I purchased my home in Hamilton in July, once again I had MegaCity install a new furnace, AC unit and tankless water heater for me. Once again everything is working perfectly.
