Merlo Electric Inc

We had some flickering lights in the house and were advised by the Hydro company that we needed an electrician and fast. In the face of panic in the pending holiday season, we called a few electricians but no one seemed interested to help out. Having used Merlo years ago, we tried them again and they showed up within hours, made the repairs quickly and dealt with the hydro connect. As we were at work when most of this was happening, they were even good enough to leave us a quick note at our door advising that everything was good to go and power was back. The quick service and overall consideration for the situation was much appreciated. (Invoice not received yet, cost unknown)

The electricians sent were quick and pleasant, but maybe too quick. One fixture installed in the bathroom was installed incorrectly, so the light was turned on when the kitchen switch was flipped but not the bathroom switch. Once called and told of the issue, another electrician was sent asap and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.
