I have to admit, Mike's flooring workers got my floors replaced very quickly -within 8 hours for almost 200 squ. ft. of work. But unfortunately Mike (the owner) is not honest. If you measure the square footage of space you need to get worked on (as I did), and you pay attention to how much Mike's Flooring will charge you - then you will soon realise that you are clearly overpaying. I realise you have to allow for extra material waste when installing laminate -but Mike overcharged me for multiple unused boxes of laminate, and extra sq footage for the sound proofing underlay, and the extra labour associated with the square footage, and extra for the tax as well. In the end, Mike's flooring overcharged me almost $200 over what the what the price I should have been charged. Another tip for any who read this, never use credit card when dealing with Mike. He will never refund you any money back -no matter how much you protest. I tried getting a refund when calling him - anyways, that is never going to happen. Basically, if I had not paid attention to how much square footage I had to work with and how much Mike over charged me -then I guess I could say I would not feel sour about my experience. But I can honestly say, I would never employ Mike's flooring for anything ever again. I hope this is good info for anyone who reads this review.
