My wife and I searched over 5 stores for the lowest cost on laminate flooring. By far Mikes Carpet & Flooring had the lowest price on German made laminate flooring. Not only the price was very very good but the service was excellent! The sales rep at the store were very helpful. Took the time to show us the promotions and explained the products to us. They were quick on replying back to us, they booked us for the estimate within couple of days and the installation within a week. we wanted to get all of this done before Christmas we were pleased they were able to do all. They had the material in stock so we didn't even have to wait. I highly recommend Mikes Carpet & Flooring for there service. I got my money worth and no problems through out the whole process

We recently did a full carpet removal with some major levelling work and full laminate install at our Vancouver Condo.We contacted Mike who came to our apartment and explained the process and gave us an estimate. He was very patient and explained to us the pros and cons of hardwood vs engineered vs laminate..as at the time we were not sure of what to install.
We then went to his showroom where there was a lot of options to select from. We booked a date for the install..however a couple days before the booked date we needed to re-book and Mike easily did this for us with no problem at all.
Rami the installer who came to our home was brilliant..actually a bit more than brilliant..as he was not just there to do a job..he really did care about the install..and took his time and literally checked every piece for wobbles and movement. Just watching him work immediately told us that he was not cutting corners and was doing a phenomenal job. The level of detailing was amazing as places where previously we thought required a transition piece..Rami actually found ways to have no transition even though that required extra work.When I saw that sort of care going into an install..i just knew straightaway that this flooring would last and it was not something that was just put together shabbily and would come apart in a few months. From my experience with them i think Mike and Rami and the rest of their team take a lot of pride in their work and more than anything the work speaks for itself. They kept to time, did fantastic work and more than anything put a lot of care and love into the work. thank you Mike.

We have a rental unit in Vancouver but we do not live in Vancouver. We contacted Mikes flooring and they took care of everything for us. we had new tenants moving in and were in a rush. Thanks to mikes flooring they were able to finish the job within three days of contacting them. It was essy to trust them. They explained everything to us. Kept in contact with us through out the process. There were no surprises.

I hired Mikes' to supply & install laminate on a condo upgrade to sell project. The installer didnt bother to knock off a high spot, so the floor rocked. Plus 3 of the 4 rooms were splattered with leveling cement all over the walls. I even found brad nails embedded in the walls 6 feet high. Mike was initially interested in responding, but after I complained, he refused to answer my calls or return ANY messages. While this was clearly a bad installer, Mikes wouldn't rectify this at all. I won't be dealing with them again.

I was impressed with the customer service and final product installation. Mikes flooring has the best price in the area and also the installers were very professionals. If I have a small complain, he was quick to send the installer to my place to fix it. I would use it and recommended it. Great company.

I went to Mike's Flooring after reading the reviews. Excellent experience from start to finish. Great products, great prices. Store staff was friendly and always available to help. Mike was great to deal with and always there to answer my numerous questions. Installers were excellent. Installers went above and beyond. Extremely happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.
