"Our family has had a great experience with Modular Home Additions. We live in a nice Etobicoke neighbourhood, close to good schools, but with a growing family, and really couldn’t afford to move to a bigger house without leaving the area. Modular helped us plan, design and build a spacious second level and renovate our existing main floor. Modular really provides a personal approach - you get to know most of the Modular team and they are available and helpful on a regular basis. Issues will arise in any major renovation and Vadja, Dule, Dragana and the Modular team have always stayed in touch and made themselves available to solve everything with us. The best part was that the main "shell" of the house was build off-site in a factory and only took just over 3 days to assemble on-site. This saved time and was very affordable as we moved down to the basement during contruction. The whole house was basically completed between November 22 07 and now.
