I hired them to put up a second story addition and after being initially being impressed at how quickly and smoothly things were moving, things began to fall apart in the finishes. Things began to get delayed. The work became sloppy. The project managers don’t respond to any of our questions and once they got most of my money, they don’t seem to care about finishing the house. I paid good money for a nice stucco finish on my house, which they damaged with their equipment even before I had a chance to move in and have, so far, not fixed. It’s been four months since I’ve made them aware of it. I wouldn’t recommend them for any finishes. You have to be on top of them all the time to make sure they are doing it right. I unfortunately didn’t have the time to be around them to make sure they are doing everything the way I wanted it. I let a few things slide but it really is upsetting how sloppy they were with finishes. The neighbour across the street just started their second story addition with another company. My wife and I are taking bets to see if their house will be done before us.
