It has been an absolute pleasure working with Modular Home Additions. We met them 2 years ago as we were looking for a contractor to do an addition on our Beaches bungalow. After many frustrating meetings, our first meeting with Modular was refreshing. They gave us ballpark numbers on the spot, no pressure, full honesty. I asked for examples of homes they had done and without blinking they handed me a list full of homes in my area.
Every step of the way they have been transparent, efficient and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. They don't cut corners and are meticulous about their work. When they did demolition they tarped my house every day and swept my driveway.
They are a no excuses organization, they expect excellent work from their employees and always made it right if we wanted changes.
Ultimately and most importantly, they are good people. We had difficulties with the city and other trades not connected to them and they came out and helped us. They didn't have to, but they did because that's the kind of people they are.
We are so happy with their work that when our neighbour decided to do the same work we told them they had to go with Modular and they did. We can't wait to watch the work start next door.

First I would like to thank you for posting such a nice review of Modular. As we mentioned in our replies to our clients so many times, transparency is one of the key ingredients in dealing with such an expensive and important thing as a renovation. Trusting the strangers with your home and hard earned money is unnerving and in order to gain the trust we have to be open and straightforward with our clients. We do not see the other way of sustaining the reputation that we build. Twenty one year of building dreams for our clients, over a thousand homes, had to teach us something. Your and many other reviews are confirming that we in fact learned to respect and appreciate our clients and the trust they invest in us.
