I bought what I later believed to have been an opened box shower valve for a second bathroom in my home. After the install I found out (by using the trouble shooting guide included by Moen) that the valve was likely stuck. Took it into the retailer and no questions asked they simply gave me a new valve. Moen has a lifetime warranty so no questions asked. The box was also missing a set of screws and a set screw. I phoned Moen and they shipped the missing screws to me immediately. Very happy with the service.

Trouble free operation. Excellent water flow. No charge for delivery, the price was a retail price. The customer service was excellent. The installation was clean and I don't have any problem with the product. Highly recommended the products and the quality is excellent

Well, we bought a nice faucet from Moen for our kitchen and ended up liking the ease of installation and the look and quality of the product that we ended up going back and purchasing another for our washroom. Great products and 3 or 4 years later they still work! Keep it up!

The faucet is easy to install, however the box of product is not fully handy for the job and you better to have full set of tools ready before starting the job

My Moen was damaged and they offered to replace the whole thing without any struggle. I emailed them and they sent out the replacement parts immediatlys and we didnt have to pay a thing.

i have had a moen kitchen faucet with a pull-out sprayer for approx 8 years and it has been wonderful. So far i have not needed to change the cartridge. In my upstairs washroom i replaced old shower fawcets with a single armed moen shower faucet and other than one washer change, it has been working well for over 15 years.I have been very please with moen. And, when i had reason to call customer service (many years ago), they were very pleasant and told me that they will provide me with a free cartridge provided that they can pick up the old one.

The surface of the kitchen surface and the sink and faucet was chipping after they came in to service our home. It didn't even last 3 years. The sales staff were very abrasive when it came with coming up with solutions. Once I did a name drop of a major corporate account, I was able to turn the situation around.
