The moving staff was unprofessional, they argued with each other a lot. They took 4 hours in the middle of the move to drive from one location to the new one and it should have been 1 hour. They broke multiple items, some of which they tried to hide. No calls were returned and no response for our request to file a claim for the broken items. Customer service is horrible. They clearly don't care about their customers.

I have spoken with this family. I regret the difficulties that they had during their move and we are taking steps to repair or replace the damaged items. I tried to reach the family but the phone number was not in service. We will take care of this situation.
