They came in to inspect a clay drain pipe, that I was told by another company had collapsed (and they were using scare tactics to get me to let them do the work the next day for $3000).
Well, Mr. Rooter did the inspection - informed me that the drain did not collapse and that, yes, being a clay pipe and with the trees out front, it will have to be replaced eventually - but it was not urgent by no means (could be years). Very clean and professional.
