Service was professional, but the price was too high. My research indicated that the cost of snaking a drain should be between $171 and $391 (Canadian dollars). I paid $481 with tax. They do charge a flat rate for any time of day.

We have taken the time to review your invoice, as we wanted to ensure that you were charged correctly. In addition to cabling your drain line, our plumber also took time to install a proper access point in the drain line that was not there previously. Our plumber also left you with a drain maintenance product, when used correctly will remove any remaining fats, oils or grease that may be built up inside the drain. We hope this may clarify why the amount charged to you may have been slightly higher than the price range to strictly cable a drain as mentioned in your review.
