Mr Rooter Vancouver

I was easily able to pick an appointment time that suited me. They were in and out of the apartment quickly and the quality of work was ideal. Even gave advise on other aging equipment. The only reservation I had was that it was a bit more costly than I had expected. Perhaps that is what it takes for professional work and service.

We had leaking on main vault on Sunday. Called Mr Rooter and a tech was sent in same day, replaced the vault and examined and found our gas water tank was leaking, suggested replacement.

Was out of town. Company came and said it would cost over 600$.
Tenant did not know better. Total time there 1 hour.
Total cost of parts: approx $125. Invoice just showed the overall cost with no breakdown. After complaining got them to reduce the bill by $200.

I had a problem with my tub and Denis came to fix it. I was really happy and impressed with his work. He was fast and fixed it well. I think these guys are great and although I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems I know I can count on Mr Rooter if I do.

I was so impressed with Danny. He did such a fantastic job fixing our sink problem when he was here. I think he is great and Mr Rooter did a really good job from start to finish. I will be telling all my friends about Mr Rooter and their great work.

We had a problem with out drains recently and Jeff came out and he was absolutely perfect! His service was just impeccable. He was extremely friendly and made a usually dreadful experience into a great one. Thanks Jeff!

San was excellent when he came to our house when we had our sewer backing up recently. He did a super job and we really liked his service. We will definitely be calling Mr Rooter again if we need any other plumbing.
