He was extremely professional and got the job done. He fixed my issues with the kitchen sink, dishwasher and the bath tub. He also made an effort to be quiet while I was working remotely and in meetings. Definitely recommend his services.

In addition to completing a great job, Azan took care of all the co-ordination with the tenant for top efficiency. Azan replaced the vanity/sink, toilet and most of the fixtures and controls, Both my tenant and myself are happy with the Azan's work.

Here's a summary of the work done by Nassers team: 1) Replaced the washer hose bibs, as they were seized up.
2) Replaced the main bathroom shut-off valve, which was also seized and would not turn off. This will save over $200 per month due to the small daily leak.
3) Installed a new supply hose.
Tightened the loose lavatory faucet upstairs.
All work completed on time.

The tube leading from my dishwasher to my sink was leaking. Azan was very prompt and helpful from the beginning, I sent him photos and videos of the leak and he was able to identify the problem. We set up an appointment and he was able to fix the problem within 20 minutes.
Overall very happy with the service.

My bathtub drain was blocked and backed up due to a drain snake and hair being stuck. Azan came and cleared it very quickly and resolved an issue I'd had for almost 2 weeks, in an hour. I recently had an urgent plumbing issue just days before a planned vacation. Nassar, who is a professional plumber, came to the rescue. Despite not knowing me well, he was ready to help immediately after I knocked on his door. He professionally replaced the shutoff valve within an hour, ensuring there were no leaks after the job was done. His prompt and efficient service was a huge relief.
