Leak coming through the ceiling
We came home to find a leak in our basement ceiling. The water appeared to come from our kitchen upstairs and we were worried. We checked home stars and found New Canadian. We were very happy that we did. Our call was answered promptly and our plumber, Peter, arrived less than an hour later. Right on time.
Though we had to cut a hole in the ceiling, we needed to see where the water was coming from and we would have had to repair it anyways. Peter quickly discovered that the water was coming from our fridge and he helped move it (to allow us to clean up) and he turned the water supply off.
Peter is very friendly and very professional. All in all, it was a good experience and we were happy to pay for this service call. We would also be happy to use this company again!
