Sebastian and his lads did a good job on the upstairs floors and they did okay on the stairs. It was a huge job but it looks great and was with the price paid. I was disappointed at how quickly the job of removing squeaks on floors and stairs went from "oh, they will mostly disappear" to "well, the squeaks don't come from the top layer anyway"... I would have paid more to have the noisy floor repaired; it was half the reason I did the job. Anyway, they did a very good job on the refinishing. No complaints.

In regards to the squeaking I apologize if not explained properly from the beginning as proper communication is a pet peeve of mine. Removing floor squeaks is definitely a difficult thing to guarantee especially when refinishing as its difficult to predict where the source of the squeaking is from. We have a partner company we work with that specializes only in removing squeaks from floors and stairs. If interested I can pass their info along.
