Beware of this moving company. Size of job was under estimated by company's General Manager. Was 2 hours late arriving on job site causing the move not to be completed until 2;00 AM the following morning. Some items went missing during the move. Tried contacting Niagara Moving and Storage for their insurance information. Did not respond even after a registered letter was sent to them by our lawyer.

This company was excellent. Three cheerful hardworking guys who are artists at packing a very full moving van. They were extremely patient with our closing delays and the owner is the pleasantist fellow. The price was fair and everything arrived in perfect shape. We highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Niagara Movers and Storage for a short move in the niagara region. Upon unpacking we realized that a large amount of our belongings were damaged or broken. Damaged furniture, broken glass, broken dishes, and broke our TV! we are very disappointed with their service. I understand we signed a waiver removing any liability however 40% of our belongings were damaged. We are very upset. Some items may not be expensive but carried sentimental value. The TV was definetly expensive! I would not recommend this company for your moving needs.

The cost doubled. The movers were so slow and took too many smoke breaks. They had to move headboard, foot board and frame from bed, two nighttables, lamps, dresser and mirror, lingerie chest, plasma TV, rocker, provide wardrobe boxes (3), move 12 bankers boxes, Secretary desk, english bookcase small fridge and microwave plus 5 pictures. This took 6 hours to move out of the house and take to a retirement residence. The quote was 3 hours and that doubled. Watch out for this mover as they really take advantage of seniors.
