Great workmanship, fast, friendly service. Laura was great on the phone and Darren came out quickly to take care of the estimate. The work was done on time, on schedule and thee guys did a complete site cleanup. Tony and Cedric were on site early and stayed late to ensure they met their deadline. The crew even brought out lighting apparatus to stay on schedule. They were always polite and professional on site.
We had a blockage issue with debris in a downspout and the same friendly voice of Laura assured me that a repair order would be issued and someone would come by to inspect. Sure enough, Cedric was onsite quickly and made the repair even though the temperature was almost freezing.

I cannot say enough about this company and how well they treat customers. Very refreshing as we had a few companies bid on our project. None came close to the expertise and professionalism of Darren and his staff at North Shore Eavestroughing.
