I really appreciated the curved grade that was put in when the asphalt was laid. The cement curb on the far side is now comfortably low. This and the slightly widened driveway recommended by Giorgio will now give us easy access on both sides without having had to do anything too drastic.

Recently we had the good fortune to have your company install a combination Stone and Asphalt driveway at our home. From our first meeting with Giorgio, whom provided the design and quotation, the whole experience was most pleasurable. Sheila was our office contact, she kept us informed and provided the schedules and Sheila was extremely efficient and friendly. Lawrence headed the stone installation team and was a perfectionist. The asphalt team were terrific; the total process was carried out with extreme proficient, top quality workmanship, respect for our property and pride personified.

It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, thank you for doing such a great job; our entrance and driveway look wonderful. There should be more companies around of your calibre. Keep up the good work.

I needed my driveway paved. It required quite a bit of preparation prior to paving including digging up the old drive way, removing some cement, bringing in considerable amounts of screening etc. The company is experienced, diligent and efficient. They did a great job. About two years later, I had a small issue with the driveway and the owner of the company came to my home, did an assessment and again did a great job. I strongly recommend them, especially considering the amount of fly-by-night paving companies around. Use Northland Paving - I don't think you would be disappointed.

They did a good job, I was satisfied with the work. The job was completed on time. They left the house clean and followed up very well. We received a 1 year garuntee on the work that was done. The work was very well done and has lasted.

I recently had my driveway repaved and a new walkway installed by Northland Paving. Before signing a contract, I inspected several other diveways in my area and the ones completed by Nothland Paving looked like the day they were installed. It was a pleasure to find a company that prides itself on quality and workmanship, in both management and employees. The employees I was associated with where always curtious, helpful and informative. They advised in advance of what and when they where going to do any work on the diveway. Even after they had finished the driveway, my wife wanted a minor adjustment made and with in a few days they returned and fixed everything to her satisfaction.

A company with a big heart I had a bad experience with a bad contractor who took my money but when citytv aired my show with Peter Silverman Bruce and Gillian heard about my story and opened up there heart's.The work that they have done was amazing they worked as a team I highly recommend them.

My husband and I purchased our Scarborough home about a year ago, with the assumption that our first project would be to invest in our front yard to compliment our beautiful new home. From our first phone call with Northland Paving we were confident that they could achieve just that. We were recommended by a family friend who had their driveway done about 15 years ago; and I must comment it has held up phenominally in this radical Canadian climate. The salesman who visited our home was professional and treated us with respect. We were impressed with how he listened to our wants and expertly crafted them into a design we ourselves would not have been able to vision. Our project is unique and has drastically enhanced the curb appeal of our property. Northland was also contracted by some of our neighbours whose jobs also look fantastic. Someone on the street contracted another company towards the end of the summer for their new driveway, and those of us who chose Northland are certainly pleased that we did. We were impressed with Northland's crew, office staff, and impressive machinery. When we tackle the backyard, we will most definately contact our friends at Northland for our project.
