I called on a recommendation and set a date for duct cleaning. They showed up on time. After setting up their equipment Wayne mentioned that I had a gas leak. Direct Energy had installed a new water heater, with the fittings installed up side down and never checked that there was a gas leak. The owner Gary of Northwood AC and Heating came over after a call from Wayne and fixed the gas leak, then gave me a name and phone number to complain to Direct Energy. The attention and time that Northwood offered to my problem was unbelievable. Extremely happy with the service.
