Recently a furnace broke down and Nova was unable to visit the home that day. Considering my tenants had no heat so I hired another firm who looked at the furnace and quoted me $1,400 plus tax. I thought that was ridiculous so the next day I bought the parts myself and phoned Travis. He had one of his guys out there in the afterno0n and promptly fixed the furnace. Parts were $450 and Nova charges only $180 saving me $770.
