I recently had the pleasure of working with Roy and his incredible team, including Pina and the dynamic duo of Mike squared (youll understand when you meet them). From my very first email and phone call, it was clear I was in the right hands. When I walked in, Pina greeted me with open arms, welcoming me with great conversation and some treats to follow.

Communication with Roy was flawless throughout the process. Renovations can be overwhelming, it was my first time, and my project was no exception, but Roys team managed to handle the most chaotic moments with professionalism and grace. Special mention goes to Mike square as these guys were absolute workhorses, taking on what seemed like impossible tasks and delivering every time.

There were challenges along the way, including a mix-up from the condo management, which didnt notify the tenants properly about the upcoming noise. Roy, however, had a Plan B ready to go and even discouraged me from getting caught up in any drama, wisely advising against making enemies. Not his first rodeo.

Renovations are never easy, it was my first time also. The first email is always the easiest part. But Roy and his team are fully aware of the stress and chaos that can come with it. Not once did I feel like my concerns went unheard. Let me say that again **not once**. Every issue was addressed, every suggestion was thoughtfully considered, and I never felt pressured into making a decision I wasnt comfortable with. They damaged nothing in the reno.

particular (Mercier Mist Red Oak) engineered wood. Roy was professional and very knowledgeable about the wood, suppliers, installation and they had plenty of selection. He was able to offer me a very competitive price and quick delivery. Cognizant of my tight schedule Roy tracked the delivery giving me regular updates. The flooring arrived on time and the wood looks stunning - completely transformed my house. . I had to order some additional wood urgently and Dov also stepped in to enable a quick delivery. I would highly recommend Invision and the team of Roy and Dov.
