I was so pleased with my experience at Palma Brava. I was so confident in the design expertise I received that I was able to purchase my counter stools before even personally viewing them. Susan is very professional and was such a huge help by being in constant contact and answering all questions regarding the stools that would work for my space. I would 100% recommend Palma Brava and I will be purchasing from them again!!

Never ever buy anything from Palma Brava- if something goes wrong with this very very expensive furniture ours was THREE SUMMERS OLD and became very stained and grimy. Went to ask how to take care of this problem and they were not at all helpful and could not care less this set costs 4000.00 I asked for the mgr. and was promised she would call me that was three weeks ago and still nothing.!!! I had to, on my own phone Sunbrella in the states to find out how to properly clean there product and I did but no help from the snobby uncaring people at Palma Brava there solution was for me to purchase a whole new set of cushions all for the low cost of yet another 1200.00 I just went to HAUSER bought two more chairs with a written guarantee for all cushions and chairs for five yeara..We work too hard and I want to give my money to a company I know cares about there product and the customer who bought it. Never again will I enter PALMA BRAVA and I will let everyone know that this is a problem place. GO TO HAUSER !!!!!!!!!!!!! iF THE MANAGER OF pALMA READS THIS GET A NEW JOB along with all your sales staff should not be working for what I thought was an Upscale store. Maybe the dollar store is a spot no one expects good quality for a dollar but for $4000.00 maybe a little respect for the customer and good service.

I had purchased this unique piece of furniture to complete the look of my kitchen from Palma Brava's Vaughan location not too long ago. This was an absolute quality piece of furniture. The staff was very helpful on assisting with the customization options I had for my bar stool.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new and unique style for their home. I see no relevance to the previous comment...because I had an excellent customer service experience at Palma Brava and will visit again in the future.

After several telephone conversations, they solved the problem that I had with the kitchen table.

very high end furniture,, lots of selection. staff are very knowlegeable and helpful, written estimate given when you come into the store, everything is custom ordered. Takes a littlelonger to get final product because of this. prices are high but very highend products.

We are very happy with our living room sofa set, it has been 14 years now, we still love it, I don't think I will ever get tired of it. it is still as good as the day we bought it.
