The horror stories are true! Called three times starting on the day of the work with no response. Even booked a follow-up meeting to discuss further work: they never showed. Work was falling apart the day they put it up. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL 100% SATISFIED. BETTER YET, DON'T CALL THEM.
