Shawn was our service technician and he arrived within the scheduled time, was friendly, professional and checked the thermostat and cleaned the furnace. He also treated the condensate pump and provided us with helpful tips to periodically check on before our next maintenance visit. We were very happy with his service and will be asking for him to come for our next check-up. Thanks Shaan!
