We recently had Penfold's remove our old cedar shake roof and install a new CedarTwin shingle roof. They also arranged the replacement of all our gutters. We were quite satisfied dealing with Penfold's. Our main contact person was Jonathan and he was great to deal with. He explained everything that would be done and he answered all questions fully and patiently. We liked that he was involved right from the first sales call to the job completion. While the work was being done he stopped by at least once a day to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going.
The actual roofing crew were very hard working and respectful of our property. We are happy with the final job done. The new roof and gutters look great!
We went with Penfold's for the peace of mind that we would be using a long established company who would do things right and be around in the future to stand by their guarantee, and I think we made the right choice.
