When the 20 yr. old torch-on roof on our recently bought house seemed to be rapidly coming to its end and after having had not the greatest experiences with 2 other roofing companies in the past 12 years, we decided to phone Penfolds.
So glad we did, as they called right back, got an appointment and were very pleased with Michael, technical advisor, who went out of his way to answer any and all concerns and questions we had.
We were fortunate that the work actually started 3 weeks before the agreed upon date and the work was done by a very hard-working crew in a short time.
With our new roof and new downspouts and skylights replaced, we now feel we're ready to not have to worry about whatever wet seasons will bring after summer is over and with Penfolds' warranty we feel that we made the right decision to use this company.
Both Michael and Randy, who went over the whole roof to see that all was done as it should have been, are an asset not to be taken lightly these days.
