We are very satisfied with our experience with Penfolds roofing.
Norm was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns.
The crew was done in one day and I honestly could not tell that they were even there except for the fact that I had a new roof on my house.

I would not hesitate, and have already done so, to recommend penfolds to my friends.

Hi Brent, Thank you for the update and thank you for arranging the second crew. This is very encouraging for us on the strata's roofing committee as we worry about the weather and it's impact on job completion.

We continue to be very satisfied with the work that Penfolds is doing. The owners have been very complimentary regarding the professionalism of Matt and the crew, their care and attention to detail, their constant clean up and the overall great look of the finished roofs.
Matt has been of great help to us. He and our roofing consultant work well together and, together with us, resolve whatever issues come up.

I just wanted to let you know I’m enjoying my new roof. You asked me at the end of July if I was enjoying my new roof and I was ambivalent saying “it’s like buying new tires, you spend a lot of money to get back to where you were at the start”. However after all the heavy rain it’s nice to know we have a new roof and it’s working perfectly.

We got several estimates in the Burnaby area for our leaking roof.
When John came out to do our estimate, I think he was the third person. He explained the process of replacing our roof offering different roofing materials and options. He wasn't trying to upsell us or smooth talk. He explained everything very well.
The written estimate was professional and offered a great break down of charges.
We selected Penfolds based on professionalism and a sense of honesty, over others who might have left a rough estimate on a business card and didn't bother to explain things.
When Penfolds did the work, they were very professional and everyone was friendly. They did a fantastic job on our roof and were super friendly, even after the job was completed.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough!!

From quote, service, install and cleanup, Penfolds has been excellent to deal with. Thanks John, Matt and the install crew who work on Saturday late into the evening to complete my install quickly. Service responded to fixing my roof leak quickly, and the install crew was very efficient, polite and careful with the work. Penfolds people are well,organized.

We are very happy we went with Penfolds to replace our roof. John Shaw was knowledgeable and accommodating. Although the quote was A bit higher than the other two competitors, because of their warrantee and reputation we decided to go with them. They were in and out within five days and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend Penfold's.

We chose Penfolds because we were having the roof ripped down to the slats and wanted an experienced company to be sure a disaster didn't occur while the house was exposed to the elements. The work was done in October of 2013 and while the weather was surprisingly calm , I have no doubt they could have handled worse weather too. Three people worked for three days from dawn to dusk ( literally) and afterward cleaned up perfectly. Fast; professional; efficient...

The Penfolds crew was very courteous and efficient, from discussions with John Shaw, to the old roof removal and the reasonable price of additions once underway. They kept the site manageable for access to other work simultaneously, were helpful in explaining details and completed the job as planned. My Family have used Penfolds before, we really liked their work and how they kept the project on budget and finished in time. So for our current house we didn't hesitate to call Penfolds again and they came through for us again. John was courteous and explained the break down and the steps of our metal roof installation. The crew was always courteous and cleaned up each day before they left. Our new metal roof looks great and we will have no more worries of a roof leak for quite some time!

We are very happy with our new roof which was done in a timely, professional manner this fall. All of the employees were courteous, hard working and kept our yard and area as clean as could be expected during their work. I appreciated that Shaun kept us up to date as to timelines
etc during the process and the way in which the bidding process and information sharing went. Our decision was dragged out over several months and we never felt any pressure to hurry our decision only helpful information. We would recommend Penfolds to anyone that may need roofing services.
